At Grupo HAME we have an open door policy

Santa Rosa, a HAME Group company, received a visit from representatives of the European Union, the Chamber of Agriculture and the Palm Growers Guild to learn about the agroindustrial process of producing sustainable palm oil. As part of the visit, the community development projects that are implemented in the areas of influence, the environmentally responsible practices that are carried out such as clean energy generation, efficient use of water, soil conservation, reforestation were presented; in addition to processes focused on a circular economy. "It seems to us that the HAME Group develops an exercise in transparency by presenting information on the processes that take place in operations and in the communities. The participation of communities and employees in the development of policies, as well as in the monitoring and evaluation of them", assured the representatives of the European Union.
