At REPSA, a HAME Group company, we started the "Good treatment, better results" workshop on Thursday, February 3, aimed at leadership and effective communication at work. 210 of our collaborators from different positions in the agricultural area participate in this workshop, and it is taught by the Technical Institute of Training and Productivity (INTECAP). The training consists of three modules of four hours each: Positive Human Relations Program Principles and Rules Effective communication We promote dignified treatment The objective of this training is "for our collaborators, regardless of their hierarchical level, to develop their capabilities to provide dignified treatment to all staff, which helps achieve better results. With these efforts we generate shared value, creating a work environment that encourages personal and professional growth," explains Irene Aycinena, Sustainability Assurance Manager.
